Darkness... Darkness... yum yum yum. Can't wait for my deubut. Be ready for harbinger of Light and DARKNESS. The☆Tsubou

ThatMan666 • 8 months ago

Okay, what are they foreshadowing with the blue-haired girl who just recently talked?
Shame The☆Providence may have nothing more to offer.
Interesting Yudias doesn't give in to Darkness and use it to enhance Galactica Oblivion.

The girl who gave Zion water?

So the Kamijou gears (and maybe their people) always have strange powers, not because TheLuge later enters the lineage. This could be a twist setup that TheLuge's entrance may be a mere red herring, and the Kamijou ancestor(s) for SEVENS will be someone else entirely.

One of them is obviously Epoch

Jorb • 8 months ago

I think in the list of heirs to the family, the portrait right before Epoch was Luke's great grandfather.

Gilad Ohayon • 8 months ago

Like Luke's devil power.

Exactly as I said Zaion was nothing but a pitiful joke, it was so obvious from the show's utter desperation to try to sell him as a threat. Not to mention once again the writers just HATE Nail what a waste of the best voice actor in this show. People can hate me for this all they want but even for Rush Yugioh standarts, which is already way lower than the OG Yugiohs', the writing quality went absolutely downhill since the last episode of the last arc.

They act like they are in a ''rush'' and try to do everything at the same time and yet still waste time with meaningless shit like the fish duel or force meaningless baits like Zaion in. They first introduced a tournament and yet for most of the episodes the tournament was nothing but an afterthought to the point that we don't know even know how many people were supposed to qualify and now we just have 6 episode left into the arc if they follow their bullshit 13 episode arc rule and according to the episode descriptions even when they finally put the tournament in the fore front in the next episodes people are gonna get brainwashed left and right so the duels won't even have any meaning.

Like Yuamu vs Yudias some episodes ago could have be an INCREDIBLE duel but what did they do ? They possessed Yuamu YET AGAIN since Yuamu can't have shit in this show except getting wasted since she no longer even has much of a role left while Yuuhi gets everything. And this will go for the other characters as well, I always wanted to see a Rovian vs Goha Yuna duel and will they just waste it by brainwasing one of them ? Rush yugioh already can't handle its villains, a tournament was the PERFECT idea to give us good duels that would have not normally happen and they could have easily had this arc without a threat and just pure tournament hype and yet they had to force this brainwash shit in as if the clown that is Otes can ever be threatening no matter how hard they try

It shouldn't surprise you how bad it went since the author's passing away. The company wanted to raise more money by just throwing trash and from what darker rumours I heard, Kazuki was 'apparently' imposing too much on his employees to create less content (which was of better quality as we all remember) that fans would love, simply bcs he didn't want to compromise his work! Even though he was not mentioned much in the credits list, he was heavily involved in all of the series POST Sevens! But apparently, bcs they were not following much of the political correctness bullshit tat is today, he was not making as much money as he should have. Then, after so much annoyance from his team and letters from angry politicians, he decided to retire and leave everything to his associates. And THOSE bastards are like Big 5 from the OG Yugioh series who wanted to take over Kaiba's company! All of them political inclined shitheads! :(

The issues and drop in quality started when Studio Gallop was replaced with Studio Bridge, and that SoB Nobuhiro Kondo rambled on and on that 'this content is not appropriate for children and we have to create a more positive society' - apparently in HIS opinion, aspects like 'The Shadow Realm' were considered too much for children - I call pure BS on that! And from this point in the story, EVERYTHING went downhill as you see now! More money is being made by making loads of content like in isekai anime today, with political themes heavily involved, with content to make children even dumber as they grow, and the mothers who complained are now happy that their child is growing to be cheerful and not an 'emo freak' like most of my generation was called when watching the original!

I am telling you, the world's gone completely insane now!

It's unfortunate that he couldn't have had a bigger role.

Hoshimiya Eiji • 8 months ago

The writers always hate Nail for some reason. He was the most wasted (or only wasted even) in the 3 first arc antagonists that are Roa, him and Asana and his variant didn’t get any duel in his debut arc only to be used like a one time opponent like this.

ImperialSun • 8 months ago

While Otes might've meddled at the end of the tournament in 7s, at least it was handled better.

Jay Zieg • 8 months ago

dang that was a pretty loaded episode

so nice to see a fusion three headed dragon after so long (probably since Cyber End Dragon in Gx, or Neo Blue Eyes Ultimate from DSOD)
and is this the first yugioh MC who rejects the darkness that quickly lol (Yusei never had one, and idk about Playmaker)
also Zaion's backstory was pretty amusing and gave a reason why lol

maybe a few disappointments but unlike you all down below im just enjoying the ride

Gilad Ohayon • 8 months ago

Yusei had one in the manga, but Playmaker never got possessed.

ThatMan666 • 8 months ago

He even got a Kuriboh retrain too (even though another character has one).

Gilad Ohayon • 8 months ago

At this point, its seems that Kuriboh is the Yu-Gi-Oh version of Pikachu.

Josh Kala • 8 months ago

reminds me of atem using the seal card but this time yuudias using a dark monster but he had no choice since

Shiny Bidoof • 8 months ago

nice i want to watch the end of the duel

Duke • 2 weeks ago

LOL, I love how Zaion's backstory took the piss out of, like, half the franchise's previous bad guys.

All of this furniture fiasco could have been avoided if the Kamijous simply accepted to make a contract with him from the beginning...those people were indeed over-confident and for no particular reason from their side. This is why the business world is so gruesome - people in that domain are completely dense on the fact that a single 'No' can destroy entire human lives just for their egos!

Daemon Redfox • 8 months ago

end of the furniture of providence arc :v

Gilad Ohayon • 8 months ago

I wonder if what was shown in the next episode's preview is a Duel Monsters reference when Shadi entered Atem's mind.

kyoshiromibu • 8 months ago

I have Red eyes Darkness dragon" Red eye's solo ultimate form. But it never disappeared. I guess I will always have the Darkness in me. ^^

True god • 8 months ago

Shame for Zion he could have been a bigger threat.
I am more interested the the lore surrounding Go Rush and Sevens so if he didn't have a place in it to the writers then they must have something big planed with Yuga and Otes. If you don't think they can still be a big threat because of their win loss record, might I remind you of the original Yu-Gi-Oh's Yami Bakura who has a the worst win/loss record in all Yu-Gi-Oh!

ThatMan666 • 8 months ago

It be interesting if Yudias continued his feud with Zion whereas Yuhi & Yuamu focus on the tournament.

Ny3 • 8 months ago

That exposition dump at the beginning tho...
